铝塑泡罩复合硬片及纸铝塑复合膜是我公司自主研发的新型药包产品，已经申请国家专利，两者配套使用，包装出的产品高端、大气上档次；
本产品采用多层流涎共挤热复技术，既保有铝箔的避光防潮作用，又加强了薄膜与铝箔之间的粘合强度，提高了阻隔性能。流涎共挤热复过程中经过250℃高温灭菌，保障了被包装品的安全性；
铝塑泡罩复合硬片成型后铝塑不分层，不破裂，且对称式结构保证产品具有定的挺度，不卷曲；
纸铝塑复合膜中的铝塑结构不同于市面上普遍使用的PTP铝箔，它的强度能有效防止儿童开启取出药品；
铝塑泡罩复合硬片及纸铝塑复合膜配套使用能彻底隔绝水气与氧气的透过，双层保护内容物质量，保证了内容物具有三年以上保质期；
纸铝塑复合膜的表层纸质材料方便客户进行在线印刷，方便修改印刷样式，节约制版费用等。

主要应用

主要用于药品、化妆品等冻干片及其它片剂粉剂等的双铝包装。

Product Introduction(functionality):
AI-Plastic blister Iaminated film and paper-alu-plastic laminated film are a newly developed and patented pharmacy packaging materials by our company. These two products can be matched used with each other,which make the products luxury and high grade;
Multi-layer coextrusion heat laminated technology is used and it does not only own photophobism and moisture-proof of aluminium foil,but also enhance the stickiness strength between aluminium foil and thin film so that enhance the barrier property. The process of 250 ℃ high-tem-perature disinfection ensures the safety and hygiene of the packed products;
Aluminium and plastic are not separated and broken after alu-plastic laminated film formed,The symmetric structure makes sure that the products do not curl with certain stiffness;
The al-plastic structure of Paper-alu-plastic laminated film is different from PTP aluminium foil in market,its strength could effectively protect children from taking out the taking out the drugs;
Matched use of both could thoroughly cut off the penetration of oxygen and vapor,double protecting the quality of its content and make sure that the shelf life of the products is at least 3 years;
